For Product-Based Orders

Why did I shoulder the shipping fees?

Presyong Patok does not cover shipping of products. However, you do have the option (unless stated
otherwise) to pick up the product, in which case, you will not be charged with the shipping fee.

When will I receive the merchandise?

We are ensuring that the product you ordered is in top condition, which is why please give us at least
two weeks to process your order. We only want your satisfaction when you have received your order.

For Service-Based Orders

Voucher must be used in one visit.

For Paypal Customers

As soon as an order is placed, Paypal will charge you a transaction fee. Sorry, it’s not our policy.
